This letter confirms the scope of virtual viewing services that Virtual Viewings (the “Company”) wishes to provide for your Property located at: [Property Address] (the “Property).
Subject to your acceptance of the terms of contained in this Letter, the Company shall provide the following virtual viewing services (“Services”):
- Carry out photography of your Property.
- Process the photographs in accordance with the Property’s floor plan and create a virtual viewing experience (“Virtual Tour”) which will be accessible online, and enable potential viewers to remotely view all photographed areas of the Property.
The Company shall perform the Services on the following Date and Time (“Service Date”):

In exchange for the Company’s provision of the Services specified above, you agree to:
- Ensure the Property is clean, neat and ready to be photographed before the Service Date.
- Be available and provide access of the Property to the Company’s personnel on the Service Date.
- Provide all reasonable assistance to enable the Company’s personnel to complete the Services in a timely manner.
Please note that while the Company does charge upfront fees for the Services, these fees will only become payable within 7 days of the Property being sold, let or withdrawn from the Market. If the invoice is not paid within this period Virtual Viewings reserves the rights to charge interest compounding daily at 5% above the bank of England base rate and other fees.
The Company’s personnel shall take a number of photographs, as per the booking form submitted by your agent. You may request any additional photographs of the Property, which shall be charged at £8 per photograph. If the property is further than a 20 mile trip from the city centre travel will be payable at 45p per mile.
In addition, kindly note that the Company shall not be responsible for any damages causing either bodily injury or property destruction, as a result of performance of the Services.
If you do not agree with the foregoing terms, you are requested to cancel the Services by notifying the Company at least 3 working days before the Service Date, by allowing us access to your property you are deemed to accept this agreement.
